Threshold

"Threshold" is an advanced etude this both mentally and physically stimulating. Written by Sungazer off of their new album "Perihelion," this piece explores a few divisions of the 19/16 time signature, and offers a variety of phrasing opportunities for the battery ensemble. The etude is both melodic and rudimental at times, and ultimately adds rhythmic and tonal percussion textures to what is already a unique and interesting soundscape.
